Overall dimensions

· The ESS. I.100215 commercial and industrial photovoltaic energy storage system consists of a built-in 60KW MPPT controllermodule, a 100KW PCS(Power Conversion System), and a 240KW STS (Smart Static Switching) module.

· It utilizes a professional air conditioning system in the energy storage cabinet for intelligent temperature regulation.It is equipped with a gas-based fire suppression system, as well as temperature and humidi ty sensors, water intrusion sensors,  BMS (Battery Management System), and EMS (Energy Management System).

· An independent UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) provides back up power specifically for the EMS, allowing users to view  system faults even in the event of a power outage.

PV side

·The MPPT controller is available in options of 30KW/60KW, with a modular designand adopting interleaved parallel technology, allowing for parallel expansion.

·The maximum input voltage on the photovoltaic side is 1000V, with a voltagerange of 200V-850V.

·The maximum DC voltage on the DC side is 1000V, with a voltage range of  350V-1000V.

PCS side

·The PCS is available in options of 30KW/60KW/100KW with a modular design,utilizing advanced control algorithms to enable multi-unit parallel operation and  strong system scalability.

·It has constant voltage, constant current, and constant power modes, supportinggrid-tied and off-grid operations, and can intelligently switch between various modes.

·It has reactive power compensation and harmonic compensation functions.

·It supports 100% three-phase unbalanced load and can be connected to asingle-phase system.

Automatic transfer mode

·The STS provides options of 120KW/240KW with a modular design, enabling easyand simplified installation.

·It supports automatic switching between grid-connected and off-grid modes.

·It enables fast separation of the power grid and micro-grid, with a switching time of  less than 20ms.

·It is designed with high reliability backup to ensure uninterrupted power supply to  critical loads.

Energy storage side

·The high-voltage control box includes circuit breakers, contactors, fuses, loop control  circuits, current sensors, battery cluster control management modules (ESBCM),  and switch power supplies.

·Each battery module is equipped with an ESBMM module that communicates with  the control management module (ESBCM) via CAN bus, enabling battery cluster  information aggregation, management, and information exchange.

·The system monitors and analyzes battery information, performs edge computing on  data, and passively balances and manages the battery modules.

·The standard configuration includes 15 modules, with each module having a voltage  of 51.2V and a capacity of 14.33kWh.

System safety

·Equipped with dedicated industrial air conditioning for the energy storage cabinet, the  temperature of the energy storage batteries is controlled independently.

Internal temperature and humidity sensors are installed and connected to the Energy  Management System (EMS) for dual response.

·Equipped with a fully submersible aerosol fire suppression system, with dual control  through thermal sensitivity and feedback interfaces.

·Equipped with water immersion sensors that automatically disconnect and trigger  alarms when water is detected entering the system.

·The EMS has independent power supply UPS, allowing remote monitoring of fault  causes even when the system experiences failures.

Intelligent management

·Equipped with an Energy Management System (EMS) for comprehensive monitoring  of system operation data.

·Supports multiple device connections including RS232,RS485,TCP, UDP,CAN,  WIFI, etc., catering to various application scenarios.

·Provides centralized display of device status, device power, power consumption analysis,  system key parameters, device overview, device details, and real-time alarms.

·Built-in multiple reports such as energy consumption, costs, power, battery SOC,  temperature, etc., with a data analysis engine that supports user-defined reports.

·Supports multiple electricity pricing models and multiple sets of pricing configurations,  catering to general, micro-grid, backup power, and other operational management modes.

·Supports viewing system information and receiving message notifications through  a mobile app, making it more convenient and easy to monitor system operation  information.
